How to request a refund
- Email hello@akova.app from the address you used to buy.
- Include your order number or receipt.
- We’ll process the refund to your original payment method.
Timing

The Free tier
The Free version of Akova costs nothing, so there’s nothing to refund — try it as long as you like before upgrading to Pro.
App Store purchases
